The new design includes a generous main dining area and a covered walkway, both of which help bring the comfort of the indoors outside. Thanks to the adjustable louvers, everyone can enjoy just the right amount of sunshine or shade, making the courtyard a true extension of the community’s living space.

The dark bronze finish was chosen to create a bold, modern contrast against the traditional red brick and limestone masonry of the building, providing a grounding visual presence that anchors the space.

The addition of a sleek, covered walkway bridge ensures that the transition from indoors to outdoors is always protected, regardless of the forecast.
