Durkin’s Inc, a StruXure dealer in New England, designed and installed a massive 45′ x 20′ Pergola X system to extend the home’s footprint into a multi-functional outdoor room that remains functional regardless of the season.
By integrating the louvers directly into the site’s substantial masonry chimney, the design achieves a seamless “wall-tight” seal, blurring the lines between the primary residence and the open-air sanctuary. This configuration provides a weather-protected lounge and dining area that mirrors the scale and luxury of the home’s interior, creating a harmonious blend of indoor comfort and outdoor freedom.
