Recognized as Atlanta’s only AAA Five-Diamond and Forbes Five-Star hotel, the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta sought a partner who could deliver both design excellence and performance. After hearing praise from a neighboring hotel executive who had installed a StruXure pergola, the Four Seasons collaborated with StruXure to enhance the functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal of its Fifth Floor Terrace.

Perched above Midtown Atlanta, the Fifth Floor Terrace serves as one of the Hotel’s two outdoor event spaces, but had fallen behind the property’s refreshed, modern aesthetic. The redesign set out to both modernize the space and expand its potential for year-round events.

By adding a contemporary louvered structure that adjusts to the sun’s angles and fully closes during inclement weather, the Hotel transformed the terrace into a more versatile space.

Spanning 4,000 square feet, the installation stands as StruXure’s largest pergola project in Georgia and has become a sought-after setting for outdoor weddings, private parties, and special events. The Hotel even used the space to celebrate the anniversary of its own Bar Margot.

What began as a design challenge evolved into a showcase of collaboration and creativity—setting a new standard for outdoor luxury in the heart of Atlanta.
