StruXure Northshore (Erdmann Outdoor) designed and installed a multi-level residential masterpiece utilizing dual Pergola X systems to redefine the home’s vertical living space. By integrating two distinct Pergola X systems across separate deck elevations, the design creates a layered, highly functional outdoor environment.
Situated on a prominent corner lot, these StruXure pergolas serve as striking architectural focal points that are visible to the entire neighborhood. The project demonstrates the power of StruXure to elevate a home’s aesthetic profile while providing high-performance climate control, effectively transforming exposed decking into refined extensions of the interior living space.

Furthermore, the home’s position on a corner lot required a solution that did more than simply provide shade; it needed to deliver a visually cohesive design that would elevate the property’s curb appeal from every vantage point. The goal was to create privacy and comfort without compromising the home’s open, airy aesthetic.

The design team selected a Bronze frame for architectural harmony, using White louvers on the lower level to keep interior rooms bright and inviting, while the upper balcony features Bronze louvers that elegantly complement the home’s trim.

This dual-zone approach creates distinct functional areas: the larger pergola on the main level creates a vast, protected area for dining and entertaining, while the upper unit provides a private, sheltered sanctuary for the primary suite.
