VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (NORTH AMERICA)- HENDERSON, NV

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for overall performance of the company’s product. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of processing. Lead innovation framework/process and define guardrails. Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Provide ongoing leadership to cross-functional teams across a range of projects with multiple components including channel strategy, valuation and business case development. Build and train dealers’ knowledge and understanding of customer insights and emerging trends around management. Manage direct reports via coaching, mentoring, training, and ongoing feedback to drive individual results and develop leadership skills and influence. Develop company’s accountability and creating operational KPI’s to drive growth. Develop new operations procedures and policies. Produce weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports on performance against mutually established goals by the CEO. Participate in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives. Evaluate and identify operational needs and deficiencies. Develop improvement plans for needs and deficiencies. Provide leadership to manufacturing personnel. Responsible for ensuring that products manufactured are safe to the highest quality standards and service level while achieving cost improvement goals. Conduct and attend regional meetings for assigned regions. Challenge and inspire team members to achieve business results.

REQUIREMENTS:  

Must have Bachelor’s Degree in any field and five (5) years of progressive experience in the job offered or as a Development Manager. Must have experience with Outdoor Pergola system. Must have experience managing reports, coaching, training, mentoring and driving individual results. Must have experience developing long term plans, group goals and objectives and creating operational KPI to drive growth. 75% travel required to unanticipated client locations all over U.S. 40 hours per week, M-F, 9:00am-5:00pm.
